Steffi and Pipo didn’t just work on real INNOVANT projects —such as Encatex, MedGigs, FastIEP and our corporate website—, they became part of the team. They learned how to report bugs, use tools like Jira, Xray, Confluence and Slack, and developed both technical and interpersonal skills like communication, self-confidence and teamwork.
