We receive your CV or LinkedIn profile through our job offers, spontaneous applications or Referral Plan.
It is a short instance (15-20 minutes), through video call, in which we assess whether the candidate meets the basic requirements for the position and if it is culturally fit.
We will send you a link by email so that you can take a 10-minute personality test.
It is the stage in which HR and a Technical Lead will interview you, to evaluate your soft and technical skills.
