Swarmsales, the first independent marketplace for rated and reviewed leads, needed to ramp-up its software development without compromising quality in that process.
Swarmsales had an in-house development team based in Silicon Valley. The high turnover of software engineers in the market was affecting schedules, execution and quality of the product.
